Our wholesales prices start at US$500 (excluding shipping charges) and if you purchase directly from our website, you will get a 20% (excluding shipping charges) off when your shopping cart reaches US$500.00 and 35% discount for purchase from US$3000 and above.
However, we will advise you to email us the items and quantity you intend to purchase, this way, we can notify you if the are any items that are out of stock or insufficient stock and we will be able to apply more discount for you. Usually up to 25%-29% instead of the 20% when you purchase online.
Once the order has been confirmed, payment will be done via paypal or our sales agent will call you up for phone payment and to verify your shipping and billing address.
We will take 3-4 working days to prepare your wholesales order and shipping will be by DHL Express. (shipping transit time = 6-7 working days, depending on customs clearance).
Damages:
Your shipping charges includes shipping insurance for lost in transit and damages. Once your package was been delivered to you, please open and verify for breakage. If there is any, please report any DHL office via phone together with your shipment tracking number. Take a photo of the damage items and email to us and we will proceed with the replacement immediately. You do not have to return the damage item to us.
Customs Duty and Tax:
If there is any local customs and tax, you have to pay directly to your country's custom department directly. The customs charges are not included in your total sales invoice.
Feng Shui Rewards Point:
Our current Feng Shui rewards point are not applicable for wholesales order.
