The Auspicious Cabbage (Pak Choy)

In Chinese, cabbage is known as “Pak Choy”. “Pak” mean hundred and “Choi” mean wealth.   Thus the meaning of “Pak Choy” means hundred years of good wealth. This cabbage has a fortune bat hanging onto it thus signifying the "generation" of the types of prosperity luck to come.

At the bottom of the cabbage, there are 2 ingots and 3 Chinese coins to signify wealth and prosperity luck.
